The Long Sweep Elbow - Long Radius Elbow on Chiksan® Swivel Joint are designed especially for high-pressure abrasive applications such as fracturing, choke-and-kill lines, cementing and circulating hoses, acidizing and test lines. These swivel joints easily handle severe fracturing fluids, radical temperature extremes, and high flow rates that are common on unconventional shale plays.
All of our Long Sweep Elbow - Long Radius Elbows are made of high strength alloy steel AISI 4130 and heat-treated to enhance load-bearing capacity and lengthen service life. Available in sizes 2", 3", 4"and pressure ratings at 6000 PSI, 10000PSI, 15000 PSI CWP.
Long radius eblow - long sweep elbow provided by Qihang are strictly design and manufactured as per API 16C and NACE MR0175 standards. These robust integral forged fittings are ideal for handling a complete range of standard and sour gas well servicing fluids at pressures up to 15,000 psi. Our Long Sweep Elbows are interchangeable with FMC Chiksan Weco Long Sweep Elbows and offer long and dependable service, even in the most extreme conditions!
